What Is Technology Now?

Now a days, technology is being used everyday, at every hour and we don't know if it has become used for a positive or a negative way. I think technology is both positive and negative to everyone. A long time ago, I wasn't even a fan of using phones. but if i were to use cellphones back then, the flip phones would have existed and not the iPhone or touch screen cell phones. When touch screen phones or tablets have been being existed, i started using those and since i kept using those, I started getting addicted to it. As I start to get older, I started to use my phone non stop and many teachers are trying to make us stop using it and use it for school pirposes only. 

Teachers don't want to be so uptight with using cellphones, tablets or laptops because there are benefits to using these devices at school. It is a good way for students to multitask with their work and the right of freedom when they use the devices. 

But to most of us, using these electronic devices can be a distraction to us. It can create a blockage in out mind that when we get distracted we will start getting lazy with our work. So having these electronic devices at school a good idea? These distractions are a negative purpose and it is hard to not get distracred. Teachers advise that we only use them for work purposes only. 

Of course we use devices to communicate with each other and to help us learn things we dont know about. But if we try to change our lives that not only being on our phones every single day will start to help us that phones arent even that fun. We get addicted to them but if we start going out more and leaving phones alone, you will understand the life of a person enjoying their life. 

Schools should have a regulation of what you can use with your electronic devices. It changed many peoples live maybe in a positve way or in a negative way. I dont know how the world will be in a couple of years but it still have a addiction to our phones.

Bad Celebs?

All celebrities have probably done something wrong or something bad. Everything they did are probably the biggest controversy that happened over the past few years. The fans who are very dedicated to these celebrities will not become a fan for that very reason.

Justin Bieber has done many bad things. Back then, he was a the headline to every magazine, or article to what he has done. He had the mind to do graffiti, caused over $20,000 in damages by vandalizing a neighbours home and also be rude to his own fans. Justin Bieber has also gone to jail for drunk driving in the city and also assaulted a Toronto limo driver. After all that nightmare he had gone through, he had realized his mistakes and now has become a better person.


With Kanye West, he had used many symbols from the Christian world and that might have been offensive to maybe some of the people who are Christian and with the beliefs they believe in. He uses religious symbols because he was known as "God complex". He describes himself as a God and uses religious portraits. Kanye has been very active on his twitter account. He had been behaving badly through internet with the people who has been tweeting him out with the picture that was posted.

Many of the celebrities have big powers to inspire and help their fans. They need to show that they are good enough to be a good and inspiring celebrity. Many of the celebrities are know knowing what their mistakes were. They have changed so that they are a whole different person over the years and the fans they have will become even more dedicated and supportive to their celebrity.

Are We Safe in Our Schools?






         After hearing about what has been happening in schools in Ontario, with the stabbing and the killing. I don't know if I am fully 100% safe at school. But to be honest, I love the people I'm around with, they make me feel safe.

        Schools are supposed to be a safe place in our communities but after what I have heard, I don't know what is going to happen. We need to find ways to help make our school community safer. We know that bullying also occurs in our schools but it is also where friends are made. In our communities such as schools, we need to treat each other well and not bad. Now a days, bullying seems like to be getting more violent and hurt other people more. Bullying really scares me because I don't know what are peoples intentions are or what they want or why they don't like me. There could be many reasons to why bullying is happening. The thing about bullying is that they all silent. Not a lot of people have the courage to stand up for other people.

       Everybody now are very aware of what has been happening lately. I am also aware of my surroundings everywhere I go because of what has happening in our city. Instead of being quiet everywhere about any type of bullying, maybe we should find a way to not keep quiet. This can prevent all the violent things that happened. What are some ways we can fix this?

Is the internet telling us the truth???

I hope the internet is telling me the truth because i tend to believe what the internet says... sometimes, not all the time. In my opinion, i don't think we should be believing everything the internet says. Sometimes it could say the truth or maybe it could be telling us a lie.

Everywhere in the internet is talking about the Powerball and the lottery that is worth 1.3 billion!! Everyone in the states is going crazy about how much the prize is when you get the winning ticket. If you take a look at this meme, it tells us that everyone will receive 4.3 million. Hm.. does this sound right? For a second, I was thinking oh wow everyone gets 4.3 million but after thinking about the whole math problem... Im pretty sure that math is wrong. I'm no math genius but I'm smart enough to think that, that math is wrong.



So would you believe that the internet could be wrong at most times? I now believe that the internet could be wrong at sometimes. Memes we see on the internet could be fake or not real. You shouldn't be thinking that just by looking at memes, will give you the right information you want to know. This meme is probably all over the world now, how many people would you believe this? I think many people believed in this meme. But if you really think about it, you wouldn't believe it now would you?

NO ADS!

Oh ads... here we go again! We always have to wait for about 15-30 seconds just to get to our video we want to see. These ads are everywhere and I mean everywhere!

Some ads you can skip after 5 seconds but still, that is a long time to wait just to get to the video you want. There are some ways for your computer to get those ads away from you but they don't always work, and if you want an ad to go away on your phone, there isn't much you can do other than buying the full game.

Youtube is now releasing that if you want NO ads, there will be a little price of $9.99 a month. Are you willing to pay this month just to have no ads on Youtube? In my opinion, I think you will just be wasting your money. For some ads, you can just wait 5 seconds to skip the ad. Paying $9.99 is the cost for paying Netflix for a month. Seeing no difference to the payment is a waste if you pay that amount for no ads on youtube... I would rather wait for the ad to finish or be able to skip it than pay and waste my money.

   

This is a way for Youtube to reach out to the people and try to sell their products, so do you think this is a good way to sell their products? It is worth the price?

Is Tv really dying?

I think the Tv IS really dying! Netflix, Apple Tv, Shomi, Crave Tv, and of course Youtube is taking over the whole Tv world.

Tv's are a great form of entertainment but it can take up time as if you got sucked up in a black hole. The Tv of course has many great Tv shows but the commercials, oh the commercials... they are very annoying. We all have to wait about 3-6 minutes just so that the commercials can finally end and that we can continue our great Tv shows. 

So do you think the Tv is really dying out?

Hm I think it really is. As I look back from when we were all little, we were all so close with the Tv as if they were our friends. Now we all distant away from it. So what happened? Are you focused on Netflix, and Youtube? I think so!

For the next couple of days, maybe you should observe who watches on your Tv or on other devices. Let's see which kind of device they watch it on. Do you really think our Tv connection will end very shortly?
